We coach our clients to effectively and confidentially identify where they are in Behavioural Change continuum and to build awareness of the human factors impacting their success. We then implement customized solutions to lead to dramatic improvements in process and outcomes.

We work with all of your people. – staff, managers, directors and C-Suite executives and your clients.  Cohaesio analyses the explicit and implicit dynamics within and between your teams to identify your unique cultural dynamics.   This evidence facilitates clarity for all stakeholders and builds ownership and accountability to stimulate transformation.

What is our goal

Our strategy, design and implementation assessment tools are used to diagnose and create the ‘AHA’ moment for your teams.  The ‘AHA’ moment is defined:

Sudden comprehension that solves a problem, reinterprets a situation, or resolves an ambiguous percept (Kounios, J. & Beeman, M. (2009))

Experiencing a shared “AHA moment” creates understanding and unity and is hugely effective in motivating stakeholders to change their behaviours and attitudes.

Early this year we hired Sean Hayes and Dominique Laverdiere to facilitate a workshop with a number staff entitled: “From Teams to Partners: Creating a Collaborative Culture at CVC”. The McGill School of Environment (MSE) is a pan-disciplinary undergraduate school whose faculty are world-renowned experts in their fields. We hired Dr. Hayes to create an academic workshop in 2017 and he quickly understood cross-discipline programs, team taught course design challenges and experiential learning. Dr. Hayes designed a full day retreat for our professorial team which was practical, energizing and with attainable outcomes that were reflected in a positive, forward thinking agenda. The day reproduced healthy debate and concrete solutions.
