As we wrap up the year, we want to say thank you!
We are so proud of our first “full” year of operation.
This year we had the opportunity to work with wonderful Collaborative Partners in Manufacturing, Higher Education, Health Care, Not-for-profit and Marketing/Advertising fields. From facilitating groups of specialists to recognize their own resistance to change to optimal practice, to accompanying executives in taking steps to assess the impact of their dynamic on inter/intra-team resistance; we have witnessed several “Ha-ah moments” and sparked many healthy debates.
